As per our Cancellation policy, we do not cancel any order from our end under mostly but customer can cancel their orders placed over our website.
However, as per Cancellation policy, we cancel order in such cases where
Pincode not serviceable Duplicate order No delivery due to Weather conditions or any other Unforeseen circumstances.
We accept orders by COD as well but for that, we have terms and conditions, make sure to read those terms and conditions before placing cash on delivery orders.
But customer can cancel the order placed on our website and we don’t charge any amount for all the cancelled order before they are dispatched. If the order is dispatched from our end and is in transit, a fixed amount of Rs 100 or 20% of the order value is charged (whichever is higher) and rest amount will be refunded.
Please NOTE
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies terms and conditions of using the website, we at out sole discretion could cancel those order and no refund will be provided in case of prepaid orders. We maintains a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers making those transactions , we restrict those IP addresses as well as no future orders will be fulfilled for those customer ID’s.
